Your numbers tell you a page does not convert. They do not tell you why. The recordings show where somebody stopped reading, what they clicked that was not a link, and which page they left from.
One line on your site and the first visits show up within minutes.
One twelve-kilobyte script records per visit which pages someone opened, how far they scrolled, where their mouse went and what they clicked. You watch it back in a player: the mouse trail draws itself, every click gets a number and the reading window follows along.
No cookie is set and no page structure is stored. The IP address becomes a number that changes every day, before anything is written down. E-mail addresses, phone numbers, names and messages never leave the page.
The background is a fresh screenshot of that page, not a recording of your visitor's screen. That is deliberate: nothing is copied out of your site, and the player is light enough to open without waiting.
Measuring must not put your site at risk or undress your visitor. Password, e-mail and phone fields are skipped, and from an ordinary field only the name and the length travel. For business fields such as company name or website, the value may come along.
One recording is one visitor. A pattern only shows when you add them up. So next to the recordings sits a weekly view that compares the last full week with the one before it.
Not for this measurement: no cookie is set and no personal data is stored. If you would rather measure only after consent, you switch that on and the script waits for your banner. We are not lawyers, so have your own privacy statement checked.
You see the organisation behind the visit, where it can be traced, not the person. On a consumer provider it stays anonymous.
No. No page structure is copied. The background in the player is a fresh screenshot of that page, so from today, not from the moment of the visit.
Not in the client dashboard yet. What you do get is scroll depth per page, numbered clicks in the recording and the weekly view with the scroll wall.
The script is twelve kilobytes and sends in batches, every six seconds. You can switch the recordings off per site and keep only the visit numbers.
One line in your page, or through the WordPress plugin. The first visits show up within minutes.
Start with the free test and connect your site. The first recordings are there the same day.
