Content Collaboration Agreement

Parties Involved:

  • Wildbos (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”)
  • The collaborating entity or individual (referred to as “you”, “your”, or “Collaborator”)

Introduction: This Agreement outlines the terms under which Wildbos and the Collaborator engage in content collaboration efforts. By participating in this collaboration, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this document.

Objective and Services: The primary goal of this collaboration is to develop a consistent content strategy on LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness, audience growth, and the potential for partnerships and leads for the Collaborator.

Deliverables: We will provide the following services:

  • Creation of a LinkedIn content strategy tailored to your needs.
  • Production of a specified number of LinkedIn content pieces per week.
  • Design of content supporting visuals in alignment with your brand guidelines.
  • Facilitation of communication channels for content input and idea exchange.

Collaborator Responsibilities: To ensure the success of this collaboration, you agree to:

  • Engage proactively in meetings and communications.
  • Provide us with input through bi-weekly surveys.
  • Offer timely feedback on content deliverables.
  • Grant access to necessary resources for content creation (e.g., databases, files, visuals).

Start Date and Duration: This collaboration will commence on [Start Date] and will continue for a minimum of [Duration] calendar months.

Pricing: You agree to compensate us a monthly fee of [Amount] Euros, excluding VAT, for our services. This fee covers all necessary third-party licenses, amounting to a total of [Total Deal Value] Euros for the agreed duration, excluding VAT.

Payment Terms: Upon agreement, an invoice for the first month’s fee will be issued and must be paid in advance. Subsequent monthly fees will be invoiced in advance, with a payment term of 14 days.
